One of the best Hi Fi shops around! Excellent service! John, the owner and person who runs the shop couldn’t be nicer and more professional. A true audio guy himself, he will get you where you want to be with your setup, whether large or smaller budget. Fantastic shop, too. Great listening rooms. A bit all over the place due to covid, I’m sure, but great acoustics to demo your speakers. I miss being able to go into a shop and spend time with speakers and components prior to making a purchase. I didn’t have time for that myself, unfortunately, but he was more than willing to allow me to bring my preamp and vinyl in for a test of the speakers. He had a fantastic setup with Belles amp and pre, to demo the Magnepan LRS speakers. Audio Nirvana. Wow! He had those singing. Looking forward to mind sounding as good once broken in. Purchased a pair of Maggies and he could not have been more helpful and kind. A real gentleman. Stop by this shop for a great listen, good conversation, and an experience of what a hi fi audio shop used to be and still should be. He was completely supportive of the gear I had, but was extremely knowledgeable, so I know when I wish to upgrade or purchase a modern DAC, I will be calling John at Audio Connection and giving him my business. John Knows his stuff, I have been a long time Vandersteen fan and have had many speakers along the way. Used another dealer till I found John he has always worked with me and knows his stuff. He can tell you what sounds good with what speakers and make a system sing... More importantly he is able to tune a system right by ear, very few people have this skill. He knows his stuff and will direct you in the right direction for your budget weather it be Vandersteen, B&W etc... His tuning ear and getting it to sound right in the room is what is amazing you can but the product anywhere but he can make...
