Upon receipt of replacement phone and having prior to visit already set up, went in to have a 378 cell # no longer provided turned into a tablet line for my son, so to reduce the billing cost from a $70 unused phone line into a $20 one. The gentleman originally spoken with at prior stopping in wasn't there however knew his stuff, but wasn't in the day I stopped in to actually do the transfer, however this gentleman too knew his stuff and the employee's I'd highly recommend dealing with. Can't say I'm a fan of the overpriced packages or phones the company At&t has to offer when same plan through straight talk can be obtained for under $50. Drawback there is cost of phones out of pocket not as easily financially acquired if on fixed budget. Nonetheless, those gentlemen know their stuff and pleasant to interact with through the questions/voncerns & throughout the entire process. I give the employee's at VERSAILLES ★★★★★
Last interaction prior, was in ELDON, ★, I was lied too, screwed over $ with upgrade, and tactic for distraction was hitting on me to turn me away from phone bate & switch he did, didn't find the antics cute, nor professional, & wanted away from there ASAP. It was very clear with in first 3 months why younger gentleman carried on with such antics! Never again will I stop in that particular At&t store. Upon bringing to At&t's attention and the falsehood that poured out from employee; a company I've been with since I was 17. Long enough to have originally had a 378# issued, some 23 years ago, didn't attempt to correct the issues of a bad seed employer, despite not being the only customer having had called in with similar story & current issues. They left loyal customer's holding the bag/problems with no assistance on their end at corporate/main hub call center levels!
