Watch what you buy. We used to visit this store very often. This last year the service has went downhill. We have purchased gifts and we were told by owners we could exchange if they did not fit. When we brought back to exchange she told us since the item was on sale we could no longer return.My family and extended family has lived I. Area for over 25 years and more are moving to the area in next 3 years. I will say after our last experience we will no longer having our ladies weekend shopping events with Emme's. Maybe next time you are rude to an elderly woman think about how many woman she has in her family or friends that her experience will be shared with. I know I only spend about 5k a year with you but I have 3 daughters, 4 aunts,my mom and her 5 sisters not including my cousins. So you just lost we figured about 30 k from here...

I own a home in Atlanta and a lake home in Gravois Mills (right next to Versailles where Emme's is located). EVERY time I come to Missouri, I shop at Emme's. The owner Karla is amazing and so incredibly friendly. She knows her products inside and out and has the cutest clothes, jewelry and purses in her shop. Honestly, I would say 50% of my summer time clothes come from her shop and 95% of the jewelry I wear - I buy there. She also has some neat items such as room sprays & kid's clothes that I love. Emme's is a locally-owned botique with unique items for everyone! They seriously have a bit of everything-- women's clothing, jewelry, accessories, purses, unique kitchen and home gadgets, a baby selection, canned goods and dip mixes... there's more, but those are just the go-to items I shop for there.
