Went in to get gift wrap and cards, cashier was super rude, did not ask for my hallmark card, then when I gave her my card had to ask her 2 to 3 times to apply all my rewards. Then when she finally did, she left one off and got an attitude. Would not recommend this location to anyone. There was one nice lady working the floor that helped me she had a cute bob, that's the only reason I purchased my items. Moving forward I will not shop at this location for any reason the cashiers there seem not to ask all customers for there card...

Vicky & Amy went above and beyond for me today! They were incredibly kind and helpful getting me safely to my job interview I was late for due to being lost and forgetting my cellphone and glasses at home. Hallmark is very fortunate to have these 2 amazing women working for them and helping me through the panic I was in and even being encouraging and supportive even though I wasn't a customer speaks to the level of customer service you can expect to receive while shopping there.
