We are pleased with the floors. The problem we had is,I called the store on Wednesday to confirm the job for Friday and told the lady we would be removing all furniture ourselves instead of paying $150 for the workers to do it. We worked hard almost all the day before they did the work. We only left a bed frame, that they pushed to the wall. We went to pay the final bill and they were still going to charge us $150,they took off $25 and charged us $125 for work they didn't do. We were going to have them do some more floors for us but we will not be doing business...

This is an absolutely wonderful place! They have everything you can imagine and their staff is very supportive and knowledgeable. You can't go wrong...
