Only getting two stars because the sales girl was polite.

I originally posted a great review of this place. The sales customer service was great. The delivery guys were polite. However, be careful once delivered and they leave you are screwed. If you have a problem they will not do anything for you. It is in the policy so I can not blame them for that. However, When we sat on the couch in the show room it was amazing. However the “custom” built one that was delivered was not the same. I was not home at the time of the delivery and my wife is not the type of person to complain so we dealt with it for a while. The problem is with the cushions. They are completely trashed in about a year. They are calling it wear and tear and not covering it. So unless you are the type of people that purchase a couch every year, do not purchase from them. The store blames the manufacturer and has no remedy for your problem. NO ATTEMPT TO HELP OR FIX THE PROBLEM. So now I will tell everyone I know about my experience, so no one else has to go...

I ordered a whole bed set and day of delivery the headboard was damaged so they told me they'd come back in a week with my new headboard. A week later I had no follow up and I tried calling the store and the phone was not in service. Once it came back in service I called and no one answered or called back. I called the store on 7th street and the girl there (SUPER NICE) she took my info and called this store. She THEN called me hours later to follow up on this stores reach out (they never reached out) so she said she contacted the drivers and can have them deliver my head board today! GO TO THE ONE ON 7TH way better...

I had an amazing experience with Luis at the Ebenezer furniture store on 11/15/2024. From the moment we walked in, Luis was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely interested in understanding exactly what we were looking 👀 for.
