I recently purchased a family pack of carnitas tacos for a birthday party. I thought it was a little overpriced but I know quality isn’t cheap. $67 for 6lbs of all meat carnitas, rice, beans, some tortillas, 1sm side of red salsa, 1sm side of green salsa. Now when the cashier was weighing the meat she tried to give me only 5 1/2 lbs of meat??!! I told her that I ordered 6 lbs and she said she was only taking the fat out but I didn’t believe her. Then I asked if the tortillas were warm she said no, that I would have to pay $1 for each dozen to heat them up. Then I asked for a little clear container for the chopped up white onions with cilantro and she said I have to pay because it didn’t come with the pack. I told her that those are condiments for paying customers and I had just payed almost $70 and she told me no! I also would have to pay for limes because it didn’t come the family pack. Yes the food was pretty good but come on! Appreciate your customers and stop charging for everything little thing, please try accommodating your paying customers a...

Read moreCompletely Rude. We ordered through door dash not knowing we have to add the salsas through there since most establishments offer taco salsa for free. Well when we got there the girl prepping the orders was rude about it when we asked another girl at the register for containers. They are extra large containers so I understand it costs them money, but we would have even paid for them if needed. It seemed more important to make a rude comments and assume that we were trying to get something for free than simply ask for us to pay. But how about you provide the small containers for these kinds of situations instead of nickel and dime’ing people for sauce. Regardless of it being an employee manager or owner they need to show up with better attitudes and learn...
