Monarch Fun Zone — Attraction in Victorville

Couldn't even get inside to even say anything whatsoever EXCEPT the following: "If you say you're open until 10pm on your website, on your establishment itself AND your google listing, then you need to stay open until that time and not lock the doors to potential customers just so you don't have to work any longer than what YOU WANT TO WORK (even though that's your job as a paid employee no matter how much you want to go home early and rip-off your employER) As an employee, you're paid to do your job with integrity, honesty, professionalism and do it without what essentially equates to stealing from your boss and the small business that he runs and employs you at. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE SHUTTING AND LOCKING THE DOORS TO THAT BUSINESS EARLY JUST SO YOU CAN SAY THAT THERE WAS NO CUSTOMERS THAT CAME IN, WITHIN THOSE LAST 30 MINUTES OR SO OF WHAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE THAT BUSINESSES OPERATING HOURS. But you guys both closed the doors, stayed inside while me and my wife knocked on your door to try to spend money we had at said establishment because we saw you both inside just sitting around and waiting for the 10pm hour to arrive while you both got paid to do nothing even though your business WAS INDEED OPEN.

I find it very disturbing that this is the kind of business practice that is exhibited at this establishment because that is not only a prime example of awful business conduction and practice, but also a highly likely sign that the business that DOES get conducted here is likely not only dishonest in and of itself but also unprofessional and rude when it DOES conduct business , and that is something that should be addressed swiftly, thoroughly and immediately because my wife and I would love to see what this arcade and fun zone has to offer its customers and their families, but it doesnt seem to be a priority or a matter that is of any importance to the 2 employees that behaved and conducted business in this way and manner .

I would GENUINELY LOVE TO CHANGE MY REVIEW AND MY OPINION OF AND ON THIS ESTABLISHMENT BUT DO NOT THINK THAT EVEN THIS REVIEW WILL BE SEEN BY THE OWNER BEFORE THEY EITHER DELETE, BULLY OFF THE REVIEW BOARD OR SOMEHOW BURY THIS WHOLE POST.

It is with GREAT AND HONEST HOPES THAT I POST THIS REVIEW AND LOOK FORWARD TO BEING PROVEN WRONG IN EVERY WAY THAT WAS EXPERIENCED TONIGHT ON FEBRUARY 12TH, 2025. THIS WAS MY WIFE AND I'S FIRST EVER WEDDING ANNIVERSARY AND WAS GENUINELY ALMOST RUINED BY THIS EXPERIENCE. FORTUNATELY FOR US, "NOT AN ARCADE" is still open and Is owned and operated by a very wonderful man, and as customers and patrons of his, we are grateful and blessed to be able to count on him every day to be honest, professional, truthful and 1000% full of integrity. Here's looking at you fam!

This establishment however, gets one star ONLY BECAUSE THERE ISN'T AN OPTION FOR NO...

My sister hosted a birthday party for my nephew here today and it was nice. The kids had a blast which is mainly the reason I gave 4 stars. The mini golf area was fun for both adults and kids.Most of the arcade machines are old and barely working. The only game I was looking forward to play was DDR which was out of order sadly. The staff was very friendly and attentive to our party of gremlins. My nephew enjoyed his 10th birthday party with his family and friends so it's a good place in my books. The room where we hosted was very small but honestly my family and I are used to being that close to each other lol

Place didn't look very tidy but it's an arcade ...with kids....and parties so you are bound to see cups and napkins. We were the last party to leave before they closed and the bathrooms weren't horrible. Tells me that they don't just check them...

We arrived with a little more than 15 minutes left, and the doors were already closed and locked! They say they are open until 10pm and they were ALREADY closed by the time we got here. Anywhere else would've stayed open UNTIL the time of closing! We even called their phone number and heard their phone ringing outside their door. They didn't even bother to let us know anything, let alone answer the phone. My husband and I were trying to celebrate our 1 year wedding anniversary today with some fun at an arcade and decide to go here. But now? I don't think we're going to come back to this place!
