Do not waste your money or time at this hotel. They have poor customer service and do not take accountability for their issues. We stayed for three nights and on the first two nights we had electrical issues and the power went out multiple times. I reached out to the desk both nights to find out what the issue was, and they claim there was no issue that they were aware of and they could not move us rooms the first night because there werent any additional rooms availible rooms and then the second night was after midnight and we had a sleeping toddler. The second night they advised us that they could place a ticket in to get it looked at. The issue was we had a funeral the next day and it was an all day thing, which I told the desk in person. They claimed to have contacted me multiple times to have it checked, I did not have any missed calls or messages on my personal phone or our room phone. Apparently I needed to stay in my room until they decided to come. The issue at hand is that I have a 2 year old staying in the room and a wife who has a CPAP machine, you know to help prevent her from suffocating in her sleep, it requires electricity. Naturally continuously losing power (in a $500 stay, by the way) causes stress and restless nights. I reached out to the manager about the issue at hand and she basically implied that I was lying to her. In our conversation I asked her when and how I was contacted, 3 times, she chose not to answer me. I was told that since it could not be investigated while we were still guests she could not provide a refund or discounts...to make it clear, I was not asking for a refund or discounts, if they offered one I would gladly accept one, but I wanted to bring it to her attention about the poor experience. Needless to say, this sealed it for us, this will be the last time we stay at this hotel and would urge others to not stay...
Read moreI am very impressed when I didn’t plan to be, we were just staying one night during a road trip. We had a long drive and arrived to some spectacular service. The young man at the front desk was exactly who I would wish all the Marriott’s would train their front desk staff to be. He was kind, quick, informative and recognized our elite status giving us 2 cold waters, that was very sweet. He put us in the perfect room, it had a gorgeous view, it was clean and comfortable (just like a real Marriott), the bed was heavenly as usual, the bathroom was clean and has a place behind the faucet to unplug and plug the drain, I missed this and called the front desk to see how to unplug it, they promptly sent a very nice maintenance man up and he showed us how. How funny, I worried it was broken but it was just hidden from my poor eyesight. Lol! All of the service was fast and competent, the breakfast was delicious. WiFi worked great on all devices, literally the perfect room: But the view, I was not expecting at all and it was spectacular! I’ll post some photos. We stayed in room 302 if you want this view. Also, it was quiet!! So peaceful and tranquil, we both got excellent sleep and this has been an issue at other Marriott’s for me. I really appreciate not just the staff, cleanliness and location, but the view and the quiet, just peaceful and serene. Yes, please. I may travel back just to stay at this hotel and check out the area it was so beautiful around there. Also, perfect room temperature control, everything was just...
Read moreCheck in was very good. Got here late probably less than four months old. Looks like they’re still under post opening construction still some stuff going on in the hallways. We first check out the bathroom we noticed Someone’s hair on the floor. It appears to be dirty, but apparently that’s just the design of the tile. The gray grout is starting to turn black. There is a Q-tip behind a trashcan the shower handle face plates cockeyed apparently installed incorrectly Other than that Than that, the rest of the room was clean. They did give me extra towels and pillows and overall it’s not a bad place but everyone’s idea of clean is different from other people. Ours just happens to be at the top of the list at 7 o’clock the Bfast seem to be wiped out, didn’t really see any attendant working the breakfast area The coffee don’t expect much but there’s a Dutch Brothers around the corner but then we don’t come here for breakfast. We come here to spend the night the bed well you may want to bring your own bed, appears to be bottom of the line of the Serta Sleeper family no support lumpy We will give this place a time we come back here in a year and see how well they’ve maintained it It’s all about good...
