I been there last week and purchased from meat department the pork belly meat that was $5.99/lb having the skin on. I asked to take the skin out that high price , I don’t have to pay for the skin. After talking with the manager, a woman went a the back and went to a scale way for away from me to weight it then bought to me other meat than I chose. I please her to weighed in front of me and she put the numbers on the scale and then she put the meat bag. When I got home I weighed the meat bag because I was sure that there wasn’t 1.99 lb and I was right, they changed me almost two lb and there was only 1.13 lb. Shame on you guys that you employed this kind of people that are taking advantage of others people and that they discriminates me because I speak English with them, but they didn’t knew their language and I understood everything they they were saying about me, I listened and before I left I spoke in a very well Spanish with them and they got surprised. I am not Hispanic, but I learned Spanish in the university to be able to treat and help everyone who speaks Spanish and doesn’t speak English. This is a update.The first time I went to superior was the grand opening ,I was able to receive one of the hundred gift bags they was giving out that day. A few days ago I put in the order for a cake to be made. For me, the cake was so overpriced. When I went to go pick up the cake it wasn't nothing like I want The writing wasn't on the cake as I Ask for it was written on a piece of cardboard. Talk To the Manager she was just as stupid as the people that made the cake. I . should have went to.were I always go across the street to. I believe that I didn't get any help from the manager because I wasn't Mexican And again why ask for my phone number if any changes need to be made if you going to do whatever you want to the cake any way. Something like. A birthday anniversary or some type of special holiday like that. You can't do anything you want to do to a cake without getting permission from the buyer. Update.
