WORST customer service the foodcourt, And the store manager the black dude he's so RUDE too WORST customer as well 😡, I bought a shrimp it was sale then I will not pay attention when I was in the checkout counter,until when we're going home I was thinking why I payed more that it was sale? When I checked the receipt it was the original price,so we went back to let them know that they scanned the shrimp wrong price, they called the manager and he checked,then what he told me? ARE YOU SuRE?? That's the way the manager handled the customers complaint? Then he checked yes,the price is wrong then he changed the price that's it no apology for the inconvenience or what do ever nothing. Need a training for customer service all the employees who handled customers.. WORST Customer service.. sorry never go back that store..El super...

Worst customer service, RUDE manager, rude employees 😡 Every week we go down from Big Bear to visit my mother in law,then we go shopping here at Superior then we're having brunch coz we love the menudo,then last Sunday we ordered as usual the menudo until..... the rude server have an attitude, 😡 I told her 'excuse me you served very small portion of menudo mostly is sauce could barely see the meat,she said it was sale you pay what you get! 😞 So we talked to the manager the more it's so rude he told us what you want more sauce or what? I said never mind..we will not comeback anymore in this unprofessional worst customer service...

It is a super clean store, with super friendly employees and security. However, the manager needs to do something about the air conditioning!!!!! DO IT FAST!!!! The customers are suffering while trying to shop, and the poor employees suffer even more. It’s unfair to the employees to work in 105-degree weather that feels like this inside and outside the store! This is a brand new location, and there is no reason why you all should not have the AC on full blast!!! This is a safety concern for...
