Ive seen exceptional reviews about this establishment so I decided to go in for a trim haircut, however, I was assigned what appeared to be a barber in training. As a result of his lack of experience, I spent almost an hour waiting for him to cut my hair properly. Another barber who had more supposed experience took over to complete the haircut herself and my hair ended much shorter than what I requested. Moreover, as she was using shorter clipper gaurds, she roughly pressed the clippers against the back of my neck leaving it painfully irritated and red for the next two days. It sucks that they are a busy shop, and they poorly value the customers. If you go, expect to be there minimum 2 hours after singing in. Went there twice and both times have been a bad experience. Trust me, take your business to some other...
