Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Victorville

Snack dap right in the middle of the high deserts skid row, really I'll be the first to advocate for the homeless being treated equally, but I literally had not only 1 or 2 but THREE different men actually TRY TO OPEN MY CAR DOOR while sitting in the parking lot trying to do a mobile order. Not only that, but then when I went inside to get my order, they had given it away to someone else already! Then I had to argue with the manager for 15 minutes until she agreed to check the cameras, CONFIRMED it wasn't me that got the order, and she STILL REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY ORDER! Stating that she apologizes but the problem with the mobile ordering is that there's no way to verify the person getting the food is actually the one who ordered it and they are allowed to give it to whoever says the name on the order, so she wasn't able to replace my food and that the owner would be in the next day and I would need to call or come back!!! Absolute nightmare! Not sure what to do, but that's unacceptable...

This is the worst experience I ever had at any of jack in the box i visited. She was checking my food bags after to see if I was given more food by mistake and i was given wrong fries she grabbed them from my bag. She is supposed to put it on trash. She put it back on the kitchen. And she wanted to keep my receipt after exacting and order. The manager “ROSA” was rude not courteous. Not only to me but to other customers. I don’t really thing she enjoys her work. I can believe how people are treated by her in this franchise. I’ll be spreading the word all over the media until the owner catches the attention and takes full action concerning this matter. And health department involved to my understanding the food onced received by customer cannot be peace back on the kitchen area for other new customers. I would definitely give this jack less...

Okay usually with Jack in the Box I ordered lunch I never order their breakfast so me and my sister decided let's try it. I ordered their breakfast burrito my sister had their croissant sandwich! Their breakfast burrito was awful and their hash brown was mainly grease. I can't even describe how the burrito tasted because there really wasn't any flavor to it . And as far as their croissant sandwich look like it was smashed but it was okay but tasted better than the burrito . I'll go back but I won't eat their breakfast I'll just eat their burgers and chicken. Their service was was good all of the worker were very nice very pleasant i noticed the costumer round me having Burgers.. So this must say something about...
