Crap customer service! Picked up a DoorDash order to deliver to their customer. The order had 2 LARGE drinks that won’t fit in car cup holders and the cups are made of styrofoam so I asked for a cup holder. They didn’t have any so the employee got a box which was way too big to hold the cups. I asked for a bag to secure the drinks in so they wouldn’t slide or spill and the guy got a serious attitude basically threw the bag at me and stormed off. If you work there and are reading this it is not my job to bag your orders, it’s no my job to come with a cup holder for your jumbo sized styrofoam cups. That’s your job. Don’t have your business on DoorDash if you can’t supply your customers good customer service on your delivery orders. You supplying sufficient ways to get your customer their order is part of your responsibility not mine. Next time I will refuse to take the order because I will not have horchata and a smoothie spilling on the leather seats of my car. I told your customer about your crap service and poor attitude when I delivered their order to them.

UPDATE: Obviously whomever responded below has a reading comprehension problem too and from your response you must have been the one who got your panties in a twist over the bag. You should be apologizing for your crap attitude not a cup holder. Not only did you lose me as a customer but I let the customer who ordered know about your poor attitude too. I was craving Birria, I remember someone hyping up this place and saw posts on Facebook about a family pack. So I called and asked what kind of meat was of choosing for the family pack they said chicken, asada and chicken. I asked if birria they said yes so I drive over there and turns out birria not part of it so I asked for two orders of just the birria meat to go. They must of felt bad and they gave me two servings of beans and rice which I might say was real good and tasty. The Birria was not made with the consomé it was watered down and had no flavor all you could taste was the bay leaves and the beef was rough and dry not at All like they had pictured or hyped up they probably had a bad day or didn’t use enough Chile when they cooked it. I want to 1st begin by saying I am very critical when it comes to Birria, I was raised on this and I will say many have come close to the quality and taste but here is Las 3 Marias with an authentic flavor just like my family made. I am in awe of how excellent my experience was coming here. I want to give an honor to the owner about an employee that helped me with my order. Shelly was very pleasant when she approached my table, had a smile (rarely do I see this in any restaurant anymore) she knew the menu and was very helpful. She recommended the quesabirria and consume. Excellent choice, I will be back. Good job going out to the management for having such employees.
