Wonderful Beauty Supply Black Owned Business — Local services in Victorville

I've came to this Beauty Supply store twice. I've had nothing but good things to say about the store in regards to its employees, customer service, and the availability of items they have; however, one mistake that they've made is the reason why they are receiving a 1 star. I purchased Ebin edge control here (purple top, medium size) for $9.99, while on Amazon, this same edge control is $9.99 for a FAMILY SIZE container. I completely forgot that I had already purchased it and I wanted to return the in-store one I bought yesterday. Upon calling, the employee stated that they are not accepting returns or exchanges. Even before the coronavirus, they do not accept exchanges for returns because it is listed on the back of the receipt in which you don't find out about it until AFTER purchase. They officially lost my business and I recommend anyone in the Victorville, Hesperia, or Apple Valley area to go to GAMMY'S Beauty Supply.

You over charge for edge control that isn't even enough to last a month, and then you guys don't even accept exchanges. I would've been fine doing that but no. I hope the pandemic helps close down this shop for good. And any little mistake you guys make, I will be sure to report to...

I was in shopping today,and my total came out to a be a little more ,not than what I had,but more than what I had in cash ..and the owner,and one of her sons,who are ALWAYS ,so ever helpful,and acomodating,and make it THE most like "family" feeling seriously,like u are family they always open their door to!!immediately attentive to your every exterior need!anyway,the owner says to me,"don't worry,I will pay for it!then gave the customer behind me some things she came in last minute for!!I'm telling ya'()..if you are looking to not be hassled and want that freedom of taking your time ,and feeling great with your decision to buy something confidently,DEFINATELY COME HERE!YOU WILL NEVER GO ANYWHWERE ELSE FOR YOURE BEAUTY PRODUCTS..I've known them for quite some time now and its always the exact love every time I visit!I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM ,YOU WILL NOT BE DISSAPPOINTED!THANK YOU AGAIN,FOR YOUR FRIENDSHIP,AND EXPERT ADVICE AND HELP!C YOU...

I also have had Mom and her Sons provide me with excellent prices,knowledge,product,smiling ,friendly,caring, THE VERY MOST WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE .they have kept their doors open a little later for my busuness,without any attitude or change in the tone of their voice.i didnt feel even rushed ,quite a most irrevokable everlasting impression .i will be a Foreva customer...they always call me Friend and ask how things have been since we last seen one another,very personable..needless to say Wonderful Beauty Supply has my ATTENTION...KEEP UP THE WONDERFUL...
