I have been doing business with them for about 2 years now and really haven't had a problem until recently. The sent out and add saying $1 gets you started so I went to the store to talk more about it with them. Keep in mind before I went up there I read all the fine print to make sure it didn't exclude anything, which it didn't, so I ask about their lawn mowers. Well the manager said, oh that's not included in that special..it's 1st month upfront. I explained what his ad said and didn't say on it and his response was that there is nothing he can do although the flyer was a flat out lie. So I left and called to complain and speak to the district manager but the person I spoke to told me they would have to pass the message on and they will call me back in a couple of days. Well it's been over a week and haven't received a call from anyone. So not only is the Vidalia store lying to customers and sending out misleading or false advertising information but the people responsible for that store apparently doesn't care enough to call anyone back or that their store is flat out lying to people to try and get them in the door. After I finish paying off what I do have with them I will not be coming back. I have spent plenty of money with them and when they get called out on a bold face lie all they can say is...I can't do anything about it. Well they might not do anything about it but rest assure this isn't over and I am going to see that they pay for their illegal practices they're doing. Hopefully the district manager will see the review as well and finally call me back so this matter can get resolved before I go an extra step and someone else will resolve it for both of us. (the legal way)

So they took $25.00 off my debit card right after l started my online application. Being l didn’t have a utility in my name, l told them to forget it and just refund my money! They said it would be back on my card within 7 to 10 days! That was on April 3rd. I have called the Vidalia Aaron’s several times and haven’t spoken to said manager yet! Just employees speaking for him! The last they said was it was being mailed from some office????
