I started going here because it was close to where I lived and seemed decent. I've been here on 7 different occasions because I started collecting silver. The owner I have met once and he was nice interesting and had great customer service. However he isn't the one who is usually there. Usually a blonde older lady is there and she is not welcoming or friendly. Everytime I've done buissness with her she was always pushy short and rude. She always acted like she had something better to do and she just wanted to get me out as soon as possible. Well today I brought my 6 year old to buy his first piece of silver and she was there. She treated my son nice at first then proceeded to be pushy and rude telling him to make a decision and hurry up. We were in there for maybe 6 minutes. Let me start off by saying I’ve been using this jeweler for over 20 years. When you go to your jeweler you expect to be treated right. To have someone tell you that you’re wrong when you were quoted a price for sizing rings and then you go to pick them up and it’s more.
