Talbots — Local services in Vienna

This was my first and last time in this store. The clerk was very very rude. I was there to do a return. I had to take the box back as she couldn’t do anything with it. Then she sez to me while doing the return do you not do your laundry till the end of the season. I hope she gets customer service training or she finds a new job. I will be talking to her supervisor and possibly regional manager. She definitely needs help in customer service as what you say or don’t say to a customer.
