Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Vienna

Maybe once I went there and their chip were fresh but I just got chipotle from this location a 4th time and my third time with the chips because the last time the chip were super stale and now they are still stale what's going on they can say it's fresh however many times they want but I know fresh chips when eating one and these aren't fresh so I pick some up from Walmart and the guacamole is super spicy almost chocked on it since I never had spice but the manager says it isn't spicy but so I must be imagining the spice in my food I ordered the guacamole separate in a cup to make sure and yes %100 I was right but I'll make my family members and I and friends stay away from this location since someone I know has a bad reaction to spice and the manager can care less

By the way I have had chipotle for years never had spicy guacamole before so no this is the only location that put spice in guacamole without informing customers and...

Absolutely horrible. We almost turned around and walked out as soon as we came in. We should have. First thing we saw was the trash overflowing with food spilled all around the top. Then, saw the fountain drink area was a mess with fluids spilled on the counter. Then as we walked towards the order area there was not one clean table to sit at and the floor was in need of a good sweep. But even seeing all that we still ordered and found the "cleanest" table we could to sit. As we ate, we watched an employee walk over and stick her bare hand in the trash and push it down!! Then she walked over to the fountain drink area and wipe the fluids off with her other hand!! If I hadn't heard her say she was washing her hands before going back to handle food I would have left right then and there! I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like! 🤢🤮 Don't waste your time!! Chipotle has to be the best place to get Mexican food around here. It doesn't matter what I order, it damn near always ends up delicious. The employees seem to always be willing to give you a little extra meat or really any of the ingredients. I suggest getting your food to go. Especially since winter is just around the corner and doing so just lessons the chances of catching a cold or spreading a cold you don't yet know you have yourself. They end up paying a lot of attention to the food preparation which is great! But the tables don't get wiped off all the time before you need to occupy one. Not necessarily the employees fault though. I would rather have better food if I had to pick...
