Books-A-Million — Local services in Vienna

Not gonna mince words- it is okay. Now you gotta understand, I am used to the huge bookstore such as Barnes n Nobles. This one has it's place in a small town such as Parkersburg...but I do miss being able to sit down in a cozy chair, get a tea or snack and pass a few hours looking and reading some articles or chapters before making a purchase.

Ah well...it gets the job done of delivering books...but it is a quick dip in and go feel. No welcome and relax feel....but I am spoiled. Enjoy...

Overall, I like Books-A-Million. There is a variety of genres and things and the customer service is generally really good. Also, if I cannot find something in store, I can go to the register and order it, which is handy. But the biggest reason I am giving four stars is, a few times when I have gone in, I have overheard the mistreatment of staff members from management and that puts me off a bit. Of course this might just be my local one and...

Books-a-million offers a large selection of books from all categories. The store is well layed out, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the store is easy to navigate. They also offer board games, FUNKO POPS, comic books, puzzles, and more. The price for things at this store are also great.
