Azteca Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Village/Town of Mount Kisco

Went to experience Aztec restaurant in Mt, kisco, first of all, our tortilla chips was served/plus their condiments, .We had to wait for our glass of water, didn't get till about 15mins later. And we are traveling salesperson, in that moment, we didn't want to eat any thing till we get a drink, meaning water. Will my girlfriend went to use the their bathroom, I notice she was talking to the waitress, around 3:00 is pm. She used the bathroom/washed my hands, hand dryers/towels to wipe my hands. So later she found a square basket of paper hand towels, covered with the top of the trash can. I didn't believe what I seen, they actually set the top of the trash can on top of the papers your suppose to wipe your hands with. Sorry! We walked out. I find it unsanitary. Especially with covid...

Ordered to go a steak burrito and got 2 beef fajitas, the taste was bland and rice had no flavor. The other orders were Tacos Gringos and Birria Tacos. Tacos Gringos supposed to be crispy, but they put all wet ingredients in it therefore making it soggy (huge disappointment). The Birria Tacos also very soggy, couldn't even pick up the Tacos because it fell apart like mush. No complimentary chips was given. Food is waybover priced and for the sloppy job too- HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT !!!!!!!! Called and try to make a complaint and all they did was pass the phone around to next person. No one gave us a response about our order, nor did they offer any incentive for their huge mistake. Never will order from here...

We went here to eat as a first time experience here. We told them to make a burrito with rice beans sour cream inside. Instead they came out with all separate pieces inside if a full burrito. Than they took that plate back and fillied in those ingredients and made burrito and came out with burrito FINALLY. but it was lacking BEANS AND RICE IN SIDE OF BURRITO ON THAT SAME PLATE. IT SAYS IN MENU THAT ALL PLATES COME WITH RICE AND BEANS. on my BILL they charged me extra for side of rice and beans 4 dollars. And they charged for tortilla chips 5 dollars. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND FOOD WAS NOT GOOD. WE BEEN TO OTHER MEXICAN RESTAURANTS WHICH WERE WAY WAY WAY BETTER. IM SORRY...
