I was tricked into signing up for a credit card, without realizing it! Went to this store for the first time. The cashier asked me if I wanted to sign up for "Rewards"; I said Yes. She said she'd be able to sign me up very quickly. She then had me fill out some information on the screen. It was all very fast. Next thing I know, she tells me that my card will be in the mail in a couple weeks, and she gives me paperwork having to do with MasterCard. I said, "You asked me about Rewards. You never said anything about signing up for a credit card". She then said, "Sorry about that, you don't have to activate the card when you get it". - but said in a tone of voice that said that she really didn't care. So now I'm stuck with a credit card that I never requested and do not want, and constant emails that I also do not want. Yes, yes, I should have paid more attention to the forms I was completing on the screen. Admittedly, I was experiencing some pain at that moment and wasn't paying much attention.    Read moreI so enjoy HomeGoods. It's the type of store to visit when you just want to look around. And, while looking, undoubtedly, you'll always be able to find that 'special' gift for that 'hard to find anything person' or something for yourself that you didn't think you'd ever find. If you enjoy looking at 'things for the kids in your life,' you've come to the right place! I always end up in the kids' book area! Books that would cost a fortune at Barnes and Noble are $3.99, $4.99, or $5.99! The prices are wonderful at HomeGoods! You must see this store for yourself! It's a Treasure Trove for a fraction of what you'd pay elsewhere!...

Sometimes it seems like things got to hectic and the staff was unable to keep the store neat. The last time I visited this location it was packed, but on my most recent venture, the store was pretty calm and quiet. Obviously it's a HomeGoods, so if your looking to nicely décor your home or apartment (OR DORM) it's a great place to find some nice stuff for a great price!
