I absolutely love these lovely ladies. I first gave this place a shot when the battery of one of my watches died and they fixed within 5 mins on the spot (I brought in the rest a day after lol).

The next time I came because the glass on one of my favorite watches cracked. Everywhere else told me I would just have to get a new watch but I kept it because I loved it so much. I decided to bring into this place and they told me it would take time but got a new glass on it and it looks brand new!

Now I came back after buying a new watch to get it resized… I took a pic here of it drooping of me but they made it fit perfect!

I don’t even think of going anywhere else when it comes to jewelry repair. These women are WORLD...

My family has been coming here for this and that (including repairs) for over a decade, but it wasn’t until last year that I came by for an engagement ring. Bridget helped me design an incredible, one-of-a-kind piece that incorporated stones from a family heirloom — even rushed it for me.

My then-girlfriend accepted my proposal, and we visited this past spring to select wedding bands, which also came out beautiful.
