The worst experience we had! I went with my boyfriend to a couple of appointments as he was having back issues. They took x-rays, kind of explained the x-rays, did an adjustment (a whole 3 minutes worth) and set up another appointment. On the 3rd appointment they had him doing what they called therapy- nobody correcting people that were doing it wrong- and there were, my boyfriend included. They then gave us a treatment plan which would have been approximately 24 visits with insurance/out of pocket and the out of pocket costs were almost $1600. I felt very uncomfortable with their program and told my boyfriend to please get a 2nd opinion. We did just that and I am glad that we did because some things were pointed out that were not mentioned from this Chiropractic office. My instincts were right from the get-go; if you are having any type of apprehension after going here, please do yourself a favor and seek another opinion before signing any paperwork. I, for one, am glad that we did.

I am adding an addendum to my review as the response from this office was an outright LIE. I talked to my boyfriend right after you had written back on my review and he NEVER told you he enjoyed his care and was leaving because of finances. You were correct in saying that I do not, personally like or believe in chiropractors but that is me personally. I never said he should not be seen by a chiropractor. Just for your information, he is seeing another chiropractor that we both seem to like, is already getting results and he feels very comfortable with. I've had issues with my lower back for many years, with no definite resolution apart from taking medication. Almost 2 years ago I had a work related injury (sprain/strain related to over use) that affected my upper back, neck, shoulder/shoulder blade area and lower back. I went to many appointments with different specialists: urgent care, primary care physicians, orthopedics, physical therapy, neurologists and other chiropractors without resolution or a clear diagnosis of what was going on. I also had many diagnostic tests and different treatments performed, including triggered injections with steroids and dry needling, that didn't resolved the pain. I was in constant pain from the moment I woke up until I went to sleep. The tightness in my neck was so bad I was getting constant headaches. Painkillers were not helping either. I was at the point where I was thinking that this was going to be my reality for the rest of my life. I kept seen ads for Yentz Family Chiropractic in Facebook until I decided to schedule an appointment. Since the moment I walked through the doors I realized that I was in a completely different environment. Just with the X Rays physical assessment and medical history the chiropractors were able to identify the problem and start a treatment plan. It may sound drastic, but the day after the first adjustment I woke up pain free and felt happy and hopeful. I'm still on treatment, and I still have days were I have discomfort or a small amount of pain but it usually resolves or it is barely noticeable. The best part: I haven't even taken any medication for pain since I started treatment at this clinic! I'm beyond grateful to everyone at Yentz and will talk about/recommend them to anyone that I know. I highly recommend that you give it a try, it will most likely change your life...

I knew I was in pain but I didn’t know just how bad it was until I saw my X-Rays. I came in originally for my husband and ended up staying for us BOTH! The Yentz team has been absolutely amazing. The reception is always warm and smiling. Salina, Brie and Kaylee make an amazing team. They are always helpful. I’ve primarily worked with Dr. Destiny. The adjustments are always effective. I suffer from ulcerative colitis and PCOS. I didn’t even realize the effect it would have on my cycles are more regular since starting chiropractic care, my UC is minimal and I’ve been in little to no pain daily!!! We’re definitely producing results. My husband’s sleep apnea has approved. He’s sleeping better throughout the night with little to no disturbances and he’s lost 7lbs since starting chiropractic care. The thing I love the most besides the doctors and reception is that the appointments are super easy to reschedule. I’m a behavioral health nurse and sometimes my days are longer than usual due to charting etc. but with the SKED app, we can go in and reschedule our appointments for convenient times that work for us. The earliest available is 6:45 and the latest 6pm. We’ve been able to keep all of our appointments because of this helpful tool.
