Probably the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. Messed up my order two times, even though I explicitly told them what my order was about four times, the barista seemed very confused, maybe she was new or it was busy? (I was the only car in the drive through) Either way I was very polite about it and respectful, yet I was treated with disrespect from the barista, who was clearly very enraged she had to remake my drink (still incorrectly, but at this point I just wanted to leave) because she had given me/made a completely different drink than what I had ordered the first time around. Read moreThe morning crew are the best, hands down! The two ladies that usually work the drive thru are so kind and seem to enjoy their jobs. They talk to my littles in the car too :) I always make my own coffee in the morning, but can't help myself to grab a cold brew and visit the morning girls and see their smiles. I have worked customer service the last 20 years and nowadays, it's so nice to see kind, smiling faces. Yesterday i visited late afternoon and woman working the window seemed stressed. Read moreI have been here a handful of times before and all the employees have been super warm and welcoming, but that wasn’t the case today. The person taking my order at the drive thru was impatient with me, didn’t say hello just stuck the credit card processor out the window even though i tried telling her i had a gift card to use first a couple times - she was preoccupied i guess.
