Sent my Note 20 Ultra to fix my screen. And it took them 4 days to only make it worse (the back case is sticking out) and they gave me the worst advice ever that only ended up breaking my screen again. And when I gave them back my phone to fix the error they did. They barely kind of repair it and dont even offered to fix my screen again. So now I have a broken screen and the case sticking out again, after I spent 400 dollars. All in vain because of a bad installation

Edit. They answered back "thinking" that they fixed what they caused but at the end the problem still exist. And they not even apologized for the bad job. If you want to fix a cheap phone they can probably do it. But don't give them...

Although they were very friendly. They messed my phone up to the point the back wouldnt pop all the way on preventing my phone case from doing its job and messed my speaker up as well it wasnt even a full 14 days and one drop on carpeted floor with my case on shatters my screen and of course their warranty dont cover...

Always had a great experience here. I've had my phone repaired 3 times now and they've always been quick and friendly. They've been cheap considering the repair. They don't charge very much over cost of the parts which is rare and really nice. I'd definitely recommend them for any computer or...
