I literally wish I could give more stars! I live in California and wasn't able to attend my grandmothers funeral so I at least wanted to send flowers or something. I called the funeral home and they gave me the information for The Enchanted Florist. I called them first thing in the morning on a Friday for a service being held that next day on Saturday and they described each plant they had (I wanted a plant that my mom could take home as a warm reminder of her mom instead of a bouquet). They answered every question I had and I did not feel rushed at all. They even told customers who walked in that they'd be with them in a moment because they were taking my order. Took my card information over the phone and the prices were amazing! They even called me hours later to double check all the information. We ordered a floral arrangement for my Grandmother's 85th birthday, and we are very pleased with the service and quality of our purchase. I called the morning of her birthday (a Saturday) and requested that they send her a bouquet from their choice of on-hand flowers in shades of Grandma's favorite colors. The lady who took my order was very helpful. I asked that they give Grandma additional time to get to the door when they delivered my order. Grandma said that the delivery lady was very sweet and that she even gave Grandma extra time to corral her Chihuahua before opening the door to accept her bouquet. She said that her flowers are gorgeous, and that she is enjoying them immensely. I used to frequently shop (a half dozen orders per year) at another florist in Vincennes, (rhymes with zinnias) however the quality and size of the bouquets (an average of $100 per order) that were delivered to Grandma progressively declined.
