First off, the service at this location is extremely slow. I placed a mobile order for dine in. I watched for over 30 minutes as customers who walked in or went through the drive thru had their orders made one item at a time. I had to wait even to get my drink order. Once they finally called me up I asked for zesty sauce and was made to feel like an inconvenience. I then went back to my seat and took a bite of my sandwich finding it was not to appreciate temperature.
You would think after waiting 30 minutes for both food and drinks they would be hot. The manager didn’t help call out orders to improve speed or efficiency.
Instead when I took the food up to the front counter and informed the associate that it was cold she yelled back at the manager and said the guy say’s his food is cold. The manager yelled back I find it hard to believe that as the rings just came out of the fryer.
Apparently this manager doesn’t like to eat a whole hot meal at once. I have filed a complaint online. I plan to contact corporate as well. While the building may look new inside and out this store is in desperate need of an intervention from corporate to bring the entire store up the BK Standard.

Figured they would get faster and more effiecent but I'm going to place that blame on manager who likes to complain and yell "are you serious" in front of customers as well as do verbal on the spot corrections on her employess in front of customers instead of doing job and recorrecting issue later. Anyway each time ive gone in ive had to wait anywhere from 20 to 45 minutes when busy or not. The staff likes to wonder off at busy times to do there breaks or use the bathroom for 20 minutes. The manager will then wonder out to lobby with 10 customers in dine in and 15 cars outside with orders waiting or have been sitting out for 45 minutes and one employee at window and one on meat side. Actually happened last night in front of me and 8 others waiting. I ended up having to leave because i had to be at work and it was going on 40 minutes. I work at coal mine and pretty far drive for me but i was hoping I could get my fooalil quicker than 40 minutes haha. Guess I'll need to leave 2 hours earlier next time. Ill give it one more try but i will be going in today to see if they still have my food cause they still kept the charge on my card. If they charge without customer receiving merchadise I wont be...
Read moreI’ve come to this Burger King about 3 times now and each time i’m greeted by the same nasty lady, always has an attitude. I was doordashing one night and had to pick up food from here, i let them know i was there for door dash and a boy told me to pull forward, so i did. He handed me the drinks and let me know the food would be ready soon. The manager came to the window and was handing me food that wasn’t mine, i told her i was with doordash and she gave me the nastiest attitude saying i should’ve let somebody know i was there for door dash and she turned around and slammed the window. I guess after that the other employee let her know that i did say i was with door dash and she went off on him right in front of me. She handed me the food without any apology and carried on to slam the window once more. I will not be returning to this Burger King until they hire better staff.
