If I could give zero star’s I would.A friend and I Went in to store to do paperwork for 6 lowers I had shipped to Butch’s for transfer and my friend was purchasing a lower that they had in-stock.I asked to start paper work for lowers and was rudely told they close in 15 mins and I would have to come back which I was ok with but there is a nicer way of telling a customer there was not enough time to do the paper work as I wait for my friend to do his paper work for his 1 lower a couple comes in the door right away same employee rudely says they are closing in 15 mins and don’t have anytime to do paper work the couple looked at one another and walked right out of the store .I would have done the same if I didn’t have to pick my lowers up. I have spent a lot of money in butch’s as well as my friend and my father in law. This employee was also nasty too his two other coworkers in-front of customers. This employee is gonna Ruin your business reputation that you have worked hard to establish over the years. I will never have anything sent here or buy anything after this last transaction takes place.I know my friend and father in law...

My wife and I live a bit of a distance from Butch’s, but honestly, we don’t even hesitate to make the drive, it’s that great. The staff here are top-tier, and their customer service is unmatched.

Rob and Alex are absolute standouts. Rob always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is just right and makes you feel like more than just a customer. Alex is basically the gun whisperer lol. If there’s something off with your firearm, he can diagnose it, fix it, and explain it in a way that even makes you feel smarter for listening. His knowledge is next level.

Adam and Stan also deserve a big shoutout. They’re super knowledgeable and consistently make great recommendations.

Bottom line: this isn’t just a gun shop, it’s a great experience. Friendly, professional, personable, and knowledgeable staff who actually care and listen to you. Five plus stars...

Went one time only. Freshly have my firearms id and permit and looking around to find something of interest. Two guys at the shop. Assuming the owner and someone else. Both didn’t help much at all with my questions or helping me find anything. Felt rushed as well as unwelcomed. Would never go back. Felt like giving 0stars if possible. But giving 2stars for two reasons. Maybe the two people running the shop just so happened to have a bad day. Also it was only one experience and for whatever reason the majority here reviewing had much better experience than me. So benefit of the doubt. But my wife accompanied me and felt more strongly than I did...
