Heavy Stone Rings — Local services in Vineyard

This company is horrendous. Tried ordering from them for a men's wedding band through a jeweler and it was ridiculous. Turn around was horrendous, and they constantly missed ship dates. I wanted to see a few samples the jeweler ordered them, 6 weeks later no word. The jeweler called and found out their policy changed and some models weren't available in samples. Did they inform the myself or the jeweler? NO! And what about the rest of the rings.

We ordered one, had an expected arrival date of 2 days before we needed it for our wedding, supposedly with plenty of time. Did it show up on time? NO! Not only was it late, but it was too late as to be of any use. Glad I had planned ahead and had a back-up on hand.

Their catalog is also misleading. Many of the zirconium rings look black but in person they are actually a grayish color.

Don't do business here....
