We loved having 53 catering as part of our wedding team. From the start at the tasting we could tell they knew what they were doing. Megan was very responsive and helped answer all our questions throughout the process. They offered a variety of packages which allows the flexibility to keep within budget needs. Their food was amazing and they worked with us to ensure all of our needs were met. We had 53 catering cater the apps, the plated dinner as well as the dessert buffet. During the wedding their staff was also very professional, ensured all the guests got their correct entree, and asked if there was anything else they could grab. We loved they offered passed apps during our cocktail hour to allow our guests to mingle while the room was flipped for the reception. After dinner their team ensured everything was clean and put away which allowed us to be compliant with the venue's policy. We used 53 Catering for our Christmas party, and I cannot say enough good things about them! We had honey-baked ham, rolls, Caesar salad, garlic whipped potatoes, and carrots with green beans, and every single dish was absolutely phenomenal.

The team arrived right on time, and the food was not only piping hot upon arrival but stayed perfectly warm until we were ready to serve, about an hour later. We hosted 15 people, and every single guest raved about how delicious everything was. Truly, it felt like a restaurant-quality meal in the comfort of our home. Even the leftovers the next day were somehow even better!

53 Catering provided food for our wedding events and I can't say enough about their service and quality. They brought delicious, beautiful, and well planned food including seriously delicious wedding cake. The baked goods were truly amazing. They went above and beyond in their serving to meet our needs, working around challenges in the venue and a very large crowd. We had about 300 people and the food was hot and delicious for everyone. Every person involved including the servers and the food preparation team were fabulous.
