Horrible customer service that refuses to accept responsibility for sending a damaged product to its customer.
I received my 9mm Huggie Hoop Earrings on 11/5/21 and emailed Tiny Blessings on 11/15/21 (w/pictures and video) that they were faulty. One of the hoops continuously became unclasped and fell out of my daughter’s ear.
Below are the reasons I was given as to why I was not elligible for a prepaid return shipping label:
Reason: One of the hoops is slightly bent in. My Answer: I have tried adjusting the post on the hoop several times and the issue persists. I am not sure if the post is too thin/weak so that whenever I clasp the hoop down it moves the post down as well and therefore it does not fully close. Also, as a customer, there is no reason for me to have to continuously play repairman on a set of earrings that I just purchased and paid money for.
Reason: The earrings go through wear and tear. My Answer: At the time of my first email, I had been in possession of the earrings for ten days and my daughter had worn them for less than five days. There is no excuse for a brand new product to wear and tear this quickly. Also, if these earrings do “wear and tear” this rapidly that speaks volumes about the quality of the product. If I am making a product that is to be sold/marketed towards children specifically, enduring and lasting items would be front of mind.
Reason: The return policy states that a customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping on an item. My Answer: I am familiar with your return policy, which I read and am in agreement with if I were returning the jewelry for a reason such as me simply not liking them aesthetically, but I do not feel like I should be held responsible for the cost of returning these earrings since I paid for and received a product that is faulty and does not work.

Read moreUpdate to last year’s 2022 review. This is my 6th year ordering. Again Tiny Blessings far exceeded expectation. Their customer service consistently excellent, packaging always impeccable and indeed very beautiful & shipping fast/almost instantaneous and accurate. Since I order multiple items each gift is tagged/identifiable with a sticker. Truly an awesome company that I highly recommend!
This is my 5th year ordering from Tiny Blessings and each year simply outstanding. Very efficient & prompt in fulfilling my orders. Always impeccably packed, with each item very beautifully gift wrapped. The certificate of authenticity, polish cloth, etc. neatly organized/arranged as part of their packing. When ordering multiples of the same item, each is individually tagged to help avoid mixups. I also like to highlight their customer service. When you call you actually speak to someone. Hold times are fairly short even during the dreaded Christmas rush. Manager Cassie (sp?) has helped me and IMHO a real gem! Lastly, their jewelry is exceptional quality backed with an equally impressive return/exchange/guarantee/warranty policy!

Read moreI have had nothing but perfect experiences with Tiny Blessings! I’ve purchased earrings on 3 separate occasions. The first time, I was recommended here by a family friend. I purchased children’s earrings with standard shipping. No issues. The second time, I purchased another pair of earrings & paid extra for a bit faster shipping. No issues. The third, I wanted standard shipping but the settings reset to the default- overnight shipping. The earrings were only $25 more than the shipping costed! I emailed the support team immediately. The automated email said allow 24-48 hours for a response. I just assumed I was out of that extra shipping money and accepted it, more annoyed with myself for not noticing. I received a response within a couple hours and was refunded the money immediately. Everyone is good when it’s convenient. They didn’t have to refund me, they didn’t have to address it personally- but they did. They proved themselves, and that resonates just as much as the beautiful, fine jewelry that brought me to the site in the first place. I think it’s safe to assume I’ll be back in the near future....
