At first I was really impressed and excited about these guys. The showroom was bright and clean and the sales people seemed nice and helpful. I ended up leaving with a more expensive fridge and paid for delivery. I asked the cost of installation and was told not to worry about it, that I could pay for it onsite after they figured out if there needed to be extra cost. So that is what I thought would happen. They said they would deliver it Friday before 6, np. I had to leave at 6 for an appointment so I checked in at 5:30 when they didn't show. They weren't going to be able to make it so we agreed that they could deliver sometime all day Saturday until 4 as I had plans. That was fine with me. I waited all day Saturday. Nobody showed. I texted around 3:15 and it turns out nobody scheduled my delivery! They scrambled to make something happen so I agreed to come back and meet them by 6. I was back by 6 on the dot and got a call saying they would be there by 8. 8?? Really?? So I texted and the person doing the coordinating and said nobody was there and they weren't planning to be anytime soon. The delivery people kept texting me saying they would be there at 8, then 7:45 pm, then 7:30 even though I kept telling them I had to leave by 7. So I rearranged my plans so they could show up at 7:20, which they finally did. I texted the person to say I didn't think I should have to pay any installation charges that would be applicable because of the hassle of delivery. I didn't hear anything back. The installation went OK and we didn't talk much because they didn't speak English and I don't speak Spanish. At one point they tried to ask me where the water connector was but that was it. They came, they switched out my old fridge for the new one, and then left. Period. Nobody said anything to me. I said thank you when they were finished and they left. I didn't hear anything back from the text so I assumed everything was fine....until today. I got a nasty text message from the salesgirl accusing me of not paying the installation fee and threatening to not honor the 1 year warranty that comes with each fridge. I was shocked. Nobody asked me to pay anything and nobody even told me how much it was!! She said it was my fault they didn't speak English, that I should have asked when they were there, that I should have paid beforehand, even though I explained what happened. Come to find out the delivery guys only charged $100 for the installation and had the company called and talked to me instead of coming out swinging, we might have worked something out and come to an arrangement. But instead all I got was anger and a refusal to listen to what actually happened. I told them I would tell everyone what happened to me on social media and I am. The fridge seems to be nice but the experience was terrible. I'm giving them one star for the fridge, nothing more. It was awful and I hope they treat other customers better than...

I wrote a review on their Woods Cross store and after their response (which is completely fabricated) I feel I need to share our story so others WILL NOT do business with these people.
We bought a fridge and delivery for $850, after installation the freezer did not work (who knows if it ever worked). They said they would be willing to replace it for another fridge after they said no refund. We received a different fridge and after installation discovered water leaked out the back. They made the effort to bring us a different fridge from a different store and discovered that water leaks from the ice maker. I appreciate their willingness to "exchange" but when they exchange for another broken fridge time and time again it goes to show the character and quality of this company.
We went through 3 fridges in the matter of a few weeks and none of them work properly. Customer service was extremely difficult as well -- we did not receive communication how I would have expected. We had to constantly reach out to see when they were able to deliver and what time (at times I feared they ghosted us). The first delivery we sat around and waited 2 hours because they were late to our scheduled time.
This situation was extremely frustrating. I attempted to return and get my money back after the first fridge, but they have a no return policy - which we were not informed of at our initial purchase. As far as the fridge we have now, it seems more of a hassle to try and have them come back to fix it, so we are probably just going to have to find somebody else to do it.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. They will take your money and leave you with a broken fridge. For the hassle of this all, I would've spent $500 more dollars and purchased new.
I hope the guy that is taking them to court can get some justice for all the other 1-star reviews who had similar...
   Read morePlease read July 2024: I wish I could give zero stars. Poor communication, no integrity, no refunds, and overall terrible service. We had to get 3 different fridges, the first one was broken when we came home to install it. We requested a technician to come and they told us he would come between 9am-12pm. That time rolled around and no one showed and no response. We called and they said âsorry he is on his way 30minâ, he didnât come till 5pm! Once he got there he said âoh yeah I canât fix this the whole freeze system is broken.â Then he said Iâm surprised they didnât check if it was working. They donât do refunds so we had to bring it back ourselves and pick out another one. The next one the ice maker kept freezing up, when we called and told him the issue he said, â oh yeah those Samsungs just have that issue.â Okkkk? Then we came and picked out another fridge and they said great we will deliver it for you. Never contacted us after, we called and called and no one answered. We live 40 minutes away and didnât have time to stop by because we both work. Finally we went down there and they said, âoh that fridge actually was never for sale. No one called you?â The last straw was when they apologized profusely said we still could STILL not get a refund but to make it up to us they would pick up the old fridge, bring the new fridge all for free. Well the day came for them to drop it off and, you guessed it, they never showed in the time frame they gave us. Then they had the audacity to text us at 7:00PM after we called allllll day and got no response (they told us they were coming between 1-5pm when we came into the store, what a lovely vague gap) and said we are â30 minutes out.â We had several other obligations that day and they expected us to sit around and just wait for them.
You would be better served buying a new fridge or open box fridge, please save yourself the time and trouble!! They never honored their word, lied to us several times, and greedily wanted to keep our money after several instances of poor service. Just please go...
