Shop Stevie — Local services in Vineyard

I ordered the Aggie Western Knee High Boots on the Shop Stevie website - they were expensive ($144) but I loved how they looked, so I decided they were worth the money.

Sadly though, the day I got them, I saw that they were shipped with no insulation or bubble wrap - just in their very flimsy looking shoe box. And to my dismay, I saw the box was practically falling apart when they arrived! Not only that though, but these very expensive boots were scuffed, most likely from their bad packaging during shipping.

I hate to say it, but these were the cheapest looking boots I’ve ever seen - barely holding together and they look like they’d fall apart the second you put them on, as if they’re held together with cheap glue and string. Their cheap plastic looking material looks like you’d find it on a fast fashion site for a a fifth of the price (and that would still be too expensive!)

My reason for the 3 stars is because they were quick to fix their mistake and offered me a refund and priority shipping label to send them back. Thank you Shop Stevie for at least listening to...

Very cute boutique. I purchased a dress, size small, last spring that fits very well and is great quality. It came with what looked like some numbers that had bled through onto the fabric, but they blend in fine with the design.

For my birthday this year my husband purchased a partial wrap dress in size small. I’m not sure if there was an issue with the dress or if there’s just something weird with my body, but the wrap hung open to expose my entire chest no matter how I repositioned it. I had to pay $6 for UPS to ship it back. I ordered a different dress in a completely different style, size small, and it too was ill fitting and quite large. I had to pay $10 to ship it back.

I paid $16 to try two ill-fitting dresses on. It’s my first experience with a company who does not pay for return shipping and I am not at all impressed. Will be unfollowing (IG) and will not consider Shop Stevie for my future...

Don’t waste your money at Shop Stevie!! Not at alllll worth the price you pay for the quality you get. And they’re VERY strict on their return policy. Spent $188 there, sent the dresses back because they fit nothing like they did online, and the “order was received a few days late.” As a customer, we can see they’re only open M-F. Well even if they can’t receive the order on Saturdays and Sundays, they still count those days!! Which is absurd considering someone wouldn’t be processing the order on those days anyways, so it doesn’t make sense. 21 days would be business days if someone isn’t there 7 days a week to actually process the orders. Stupid policy, honestly. I worked in retail for a few years and would have never dealt with returns like that. Anyway, not worth the money. Besides the $188 that I’m now forced to spend there, I won’t be shopping...
