Northwest Ace — Local services in Vinton

I didn't know that all aces are not equal. They're individually owned. I really enjoyed visiting this particular one. I guess there's a few of them and they go far beyond the typical. They were super helpful and walked me to what I needed. Very informative and well-trained. Plus you can find just about anything there!

Went with my wife to purchase fair tickets. A young man greeted us and proceeded to help us but unfortunately his register had no tickets. He told a gentleman on the other register his issue and he was really rude to this young man before throwing tickets from his register on the counter. He appeared to be the manager and this kid, probably a summer job. Rudeness is a constant problem when I visit this store. We thought Ace was the place with the helpful hardware folks.Not...

My lawn mower had a broken wheel. I phoned because some hardware stores fix mowers. This place didn't. I looked at another store closer to home for wheels, without luck. I decided to visit Ace to see if they might actually have wheels. They had exactly the one I needed. The mower is fine now.

I think Ace prices are expensive, but you are happy to pay if you can't get it elsewhere....
