Taco Bell / Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Virginia

The night shift manager Tyshawn is a joke! I placed a mobile order and picked it up in the drive thru. I got home and realized they left out my taco. I called them and they hung up. I called back and they did not apologize for answering the phone and hanging up on me but I let it go and explained they left my taco out. Linda said to say I spoke with her and to come in she would have it ready . I did so and after 30 minutes of waiting I ask again(not as nicely) where is my taco. The “night shift manager” Tyshawn said “they have other orders and it’s just a taco.” About 10 minutes later they hand over a taco . At this point the rest of my food was cold and the whole ordeal took about 1 and a half hours . I called to get corporates number and Tyshawn told me to Google it and hung up. I called back and he said I handled the situation wrong I didn’t talk to him , I spoke with Linda(how am I supposed to control who answers their phone). He then said it was just a taco and hung up again. At this point I was furious . I called back and he said he was going to block my phone number . Again I asked for the store mangers number and he said it’s private I can’t talk to anyone on their private number. I called hershberger Taco Bell and the employee there agreed the whole situation is absurd and gave me corporates number . I called Tyshawn back at this location and told him the employee at Hershberger gave me corporates number and agreed as a manager Tyshawn was acting irrationally. This taco bell is terrible and should not even be opened. The manager was rude and cussing at customer who complained about the order being wrong. I waited 40 minutes at the counter before finally requesting my money back. Which got me treated rudely. All while more than 4 more people came inside with incorrect orders. All in all it was about 10 people inside waiting for food or with some kind of issue. Absolute nightmare taco bell. I wish I could post videos on here as I have the video of the manager cursing at a customer over her missing combo meal that she waited 45 minutes for. It appears they built a nice new building for this location only to employ it with the absolute worst people they could find. It's hard to say the reason for the issues is a rush of customers when employees making food are playing on their phones. It also tends to be a rush of customers when 9 out of 10 orders are wrong. The even funnier thing about this taco bell is none of the employees wear name tags not even the manager. So how does one call corporate about the manager cursing at them when they have no name to tell corporate. The manager refused to give the customer their name when asked. They get the order wrong every. single. time. I have never once been to this location and received what I ordered, the way I ordered it. There is always, ALWAYS, something screwed up. They leave something out, forget sauce packets, napkins, etc. And if you order anything with a modification like "no lettuce", it is 100% definitely going to have lettuce. The employees just don't care, it's that simple. In addition to consistently getting the order wrong, they make it so sloppy and messy its almost like they made it with their eyes closed then shook the bag before giving it to the customer. Taco Bell in general has terrible service, but this one is especially bad. And the owner/managers obviously could not care any less. EDIT: Out of pure desperation for something to grab on the way home, I thought I'd give this location another try. Once again, they screwed it up. I ordered a combo and one of the items was wrong, but all three items were so poorly put together that it was just pathetic. Barely any meat, nothing was even warm it was just room temperature, and they didn't include napkins or the sauce packets I requested.
