Placed order 1st time online. Curbside pickup. Got home, order wrong. I ordered the $14.99 two grilled steak chimichangas. It gives a list of options that you can opt out of ie: No guac, no salsa, etc. I checked no for everything except lettuce tomato sour cream. Top of the list says No salad, I clicked no because towards the bottom of list was lettuce. I chose lettuce, not salad. I also asked for the white sauce with chips, no salsa. The meal also includes beans and rice. I didn’t get any rice. So the chimis were plain, no toppings, no rice with meal and no white sauce. I called within 5 mins after getting home. I was told they fixed it like I asked. He said I chose no to salad so that’s why they were plain. I pointed out that at bottom of list I chose lettuce tomato sour cream. He said because I said no salad that’s what they go by. I said I didn’t get rice nor the white sauce. He told me that if I come back they’ll give me the lettuce tomato sour cream and rice. I asked for them to redo my meal. They stuck by their No salad option. I said what about the white sauce. Was told that’s not free with chips and I’d have to pay extra for that. I said I would’ve done so but they didn’t give me the option. Clearly upset that I paid $20 for plain chimis, no rice, no white sauce and their attitude was, ya snooze ya lose. Offered nothing to...

We ordered food there tonight February 3rd 2021. My wife’s mother is in town visiting and beef in her meals gives her a severe allergic reaction. So she is a vegetarian. When my wife placed the order, her mother ordered a taco shell salad NO MEAT. She told the person on the phone while making the order at least 3 to 4 times NO MEAT. I drive 20 miles to this restaurant to pick the order up, then 20 miles back home. Guess what? Her taco salad was covered in meat. We called the restaurant back and the girl says for me to bring that one back and exchange it for one with no meat. That’s kinda odd! Maybe they want to re-serve the one we bring back to someone body else after my mother in law sunk her fork into into it. Thank god she didn’t eat it because we would have been spending our night in the ER. At any rate I was not about to drive 20 miles back there and then 20 miles back home. It was very annoying talking to the girl on the phone and the way she handled the situation. Maybe if these people have a hard time understanding English they either need to hire people that can understand English or they need to keep there...

This evening my daughter called to place a take out order....she initially told the person it was a fairly large order.....as she started giving said person the order he CONTINUALLY would interrupt asking "is that all".....once she finally completed the order.....he did not confirm the order & GUESS WHAT it was short a dinner.....we've ordered from there many times & almost EVERY time when order is picked up it has been short something this time it was an entire dinner!!! They really need to insure whom ever is taking orders by phone is fluent in speaking & understanding English & confirms with the customer their order. Customers need to check their orders prior to leaving the building to insure they are getting what was ordered or better yet the person obtaining payment should confirm order is correct before customer walks out!! The food as usual was EXCELLENT.....it's the Customer Service skills that requires a great deal of...

Yum queso! The salsa is legit for the table salsa that comes with chips for free. Usually it’s super bland and not delicious but this one was more medium than mild and had a decent little kick to it. Needless to say I ate a lot. My kids loved the queso and I loved my shrimp fajitas. They give you lots of peppers and onions and I liked the black beans too. My 6yo liked the rice and my 8yo builds her own quesadillas with my tortillas and shrimp and cheese. My husband said his food was good too. I don’t remember what he got but he loved it all. He especially loved the salsa as well. He must have said at least a dozen times that the salsa was really good. We will come back when we are in down again. Good service too. We were seated almost immediately even with a party of 9.

My work took me to Vinton around dinnertime, so I thought I'd give Pancho (translation: hot dog) a try. Service was prompt enough, and the Camarones Calientes was scrumptious with an absolutely delicious and unique seasoning blend. I thought prices were slightly higher than most Tex-Mex restaurants. I rated the atmosphere a three as it was a cold fall night and the restaurant wasn't much warmer. I ended up putting my jacket back on fairly soon after taking it off upon arrival.

Portions are great, menu is huge and variety of salsas. I had the Camerones de la Diabla and it was fantastic. Service is friendly and fast. Place is pretty cool inside also. They did have a buffet but didn't try this time but looked good also. 4 stars because it seemed like another americanized Texmex place instead of traditional Mexican cuisine
