I ordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to a friend on her birthday 25th of November 2022. Order number: 3576. I ordered online from the UK to be delivered in Pickerington OH. I received a confirmation email stating delivery date as 25th November as requested but delivery was attempted only on the 28th. At that point I had told my friend I will ask for a refund as I was not even told the flowers could not be delivered on the stated date. My friend declined the flowers.
I have emailed twice on the address stated on your website and called twice and can only leave a voice message but no one got back to ne. In the meantime I have been charged $124. When the recipient received the flowers, the "happy birthday" sign was missing which was the whole reason for choosing the specific bouquet. When I called the florist, the person who answered the phone was very rude, non apologetic, and had a huge attitude. She told me that they did not have the sign so they did a substitution (without asking me) for a pink ribbon. The pink ribbon obviously doesn't specify that it is a birthday bouquet. I am states away from the person I sent them to and because I can't be with them on their special day, I thought I would send some flowers. They received this order from my home florist and I saw the work order—it was perfect. I called the manager and she said she would find out what happened and call me back. She never did!
