Do not take your tots there for blood work. The guy who does the blood work does NOT have the patience for small children. My son was a year old needing to get alot of blood drawn. He of course was scared. I had him on my lap and had ahold of his arm. The helper had ahold of his arm too. He was screaming and crying. (The guy got mad and told the women she wasn't holding his arm right even though he wasn't moving and could drawl blood) he grabbed my sons arm and yanked it so hard I heard it pop and so did the lady. She instantly apologized to me. I told the guy to calm down and not to be so rough. He drew his blood. His arm was bruised and I'm sure it was sore. Dr Moses and a nurse named Lisa gave me the worse care ever. I recently had a hip surgery and will need another soon. No staff offered me a wheelchair on the way in or out. Recently since Covid , I’ve been taking classes at home. First day returning to school with all the walking and sitting for 7 hours was so pain full. So sense. my x rays joined the same that I wasn’t in pain and sent me right back home and I don’t see my pain Dr for another 2 weeks. You can have no broken bones but because you were in a car accident a week ago and then had to walk half a mile and sit in a chair for seven hours that you could be in a lot more pain even though your muscles and tendons look the same. The Nationwide Children's Hospital Close To Home Center with Urgent Care. One would think a visit to an urgent care facility would be billed as a visit to an urgent care facility. Not at this place. All of the convenience of an urgent care, and the copay to boot, with the added luxury of being billed for hospital services all during the same visit. There is no demarcation as to what services are billed where, just as a hospital. If you can, try to avoid this place unless you're prepared to pay hundreds of dollars in addition to your deductible.
