The team at F45 does a great job setting the environment and making sure you are pumped to workout. They run you through each exercise before class starts so you know what kind of sweaty soreness you're getting yourself into.
They have different kinds of workouts (variation of strength training, cardio, HIIT, etc.) and will attentively step in if you look confused, go to the wrong station, or need your form tweaked. They also will occasionally have a live DJ and party-esque community events that enhance the overall experience. The kind of stuff the VB fitness community needs more of!!
Lastly, my experience with the staff I've been able to get to know (specifically Vidal and Alexa) are kind, knowledgeable, and obviously passionate about what they do. Can't beat that.
