Ordered food at 5:20 pm. and was told that it would about 30-35 minutes for delivery. Great, took a shower and made a drink, then waited and waited. At 6:30, called them to find out what was taking so long, and was told that he should be here any minute, ok cool, went and refilled my drink, and waited....still no delivery, 6:45 I called back, and was told that he should have already been here, but that she would call the driver and find out why I haven't got my food for me to hold on. He said he went to the wrong building and would be right here. Upon arrival the food was cold, so I called back to tell them that it was cold and that I did not want the cold food, I spoke with the delivery guy who answered the phone, and he told me that if I wanted a refund, that I would have to bring the food up to them.....WELL, why should I get dressed and go take it to them when I had it delivered in the first place?? I asked the guy, and he told me that I wouldn't yell at him and that I was not getting a refund. WELL, I did go up there to get my refund, and NO I did not take the food!!! By now I'm far from being happy. I put the food on my doorstep before I left. I want you to know that they sent the very rude and incompetent driver back to my house to get the food before they would do anything about any kind of refund. And by the way....It will be 3 to 7 business days to get a refund. Never have I ever been treated with such disrespect from anyone, especially in a place...

I’m from Boston Ma and moved to vb almost 4 yrs ago and have been in search of good Chinese food I would try every spot here in vb and some were ok some were let downs but they all had same problem there would be few good things but they were still eh until I finally found it all in one place Hong Kong they have the freshest most flavorful food I have ever tasted down here it made me feel like I was back home. My first night of trying them was New Year’s Eve this year and OMG what a way to bring in the new year with perfect Chinese food ….. the crab ragoons are on point sweet yet with just the right amount of the stuffing chicken wings are fried perfectly pork lo mein is full of flavor boneless spare ribs are THE BEST AROUND ….. and for my first time trying almond cookies those are now my go to snack!!!!! …. And just as wonderful the food is the staff is even more amazing as with their prices are even decent compared to other places being ridiculously high they at Hong Kong really do think of their customers first. If there was a 10 star rating id given them infinity rating they’ve exceeded any and all my expectations!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ IF YOU DONT EAT HERE YOU AREN’T EATING PERFECT...

We have been on the hunt for good Americanized Chinese food since moving to Va Beach. Stumbled across the reviews for this one and decided to give it a chance. We got the mangolian chicken and the bourbon chicken, both of those were fantastic. The white rice was on point (not always a given in these type of places) and the spring rolls were really good. The reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars, the hot and sour soup was terrible 😔 since we moved here we had been going to Jade Villa specifically because of their hot and sour soup, but they recently changed the recipe and I don’t like it anymore. I was really hoping Hong Kong would check that box and become our new fav spot but unfortunately, the soup was greasy and flavorless. I was only able to take 2 small bites because it was so bad. If you aren’t looking for hot and sour soup I would recommend this place all day! Our chicken, rice and spring rolls were all top tier for the type of food it is. Also the sweet tea they are selling is wonderful! Nice and lemony and refreshing. We will be back for those things, maybe one day they will update the soup recipe and I can give that...
