I've taken my son there going on 3 years now and we have been excited with the results. He is a track and football athlete and he began training there during his 7th grade year at round 12 years of age. We began a program to work on his speed and strength and we saw immediate tangible results competing on the national stage in track and field. Of course the speed and strength translated over to football and again we saw tangible results competing on a national stage for football. Specifically, we learned how to work hard to achieve targeted fitness goals, we learned how to lift weights safely and effectively, and we gained exposure to high school and college coaches. Giovanni and the other talented trainers can tailor a regimen for the higher level athlete as well as the athlete who struggles with fundamental coordination and conditioning. We will continue to return to TNDO during the off season to work on strength , speed , conditioning and skill sets unique to his sports. Read moreTNDO is like my cup of coffee, TNDO is a place where the trainers work with you from moderate workouts and if you’re wanting to test your limits than the trainers will put your limits to the test. I love this gym, it does become a family thing, we all push each other. I was over 210lbs and went down to 168 lbs, I learned proper form and other techniques witch has tremendously has helped me a lot.
