I will never come back to this store again!!!!!! my experience here at this store was yesterday Saturday March 11, I walked in the store at 8:17pm there were two young girls sitting there at the table, first of all no greeting at all, not any type of welcoming at all, very dry and just gross as far as making you feel welcomed to the store, anyway I went to order my food, as I’m ordering the young lady taking my order asked me if I wanted white or wheat bread but I didn’t hear her at first, so I said “huh” and she goes in a very rude manner “ do you want white or wheat bread” i brushed it off because I didn’t want either of them to put anything in my food, but the young lady was so rude the other young lady that was standing by where you make the subs even looked at her, so I continued to finish my order as I am speaking both of the young ladies glance at each other and laughed, not sure what for but it was rude, she gave me my receipt and I said thank you, of course no response back, finally I go sit down and wait for my order, as I am sitting there observing, the two young ladies are back there whispering and playing while making my food, about 2 minutes in a young man came from the back, I had realized that I had forgot to mention no tomatoes on my club on a sub, I had ordered that and a turkey bacon ranch, so I walked over and told the young man “no tomatoes on the club please” he let them know, and I said thank you he did respond with “your welcome”, to me he was a bit more professional and welcoming then they were, finally my order is ready, I asked the young lady if these subs were toasted, she responded in a very irritable tone “they are toasted” I said ok thank you no response back, no thank you for coming NOTHING! again I will NEVER COME BACK TO THIS...
Read moreLove the food. But just like the aforementioned review, the older gentleman, who apparently is the manager, is always, without fail, rude. The first couple of times, I chalked it up to perhaps being stressed, considering I've worked customer service before. But we have been back several times, and whenever we encounter him, my family and I are always treated with a very short temper. His questions and answers are always short, he has never smiled once at my family or I, and has a general air that makes us feel more like an irritation rather than people. As someone who frequents the landstown location, I've never once been rude, always patient if busy, and try to engage in friendly conversation if felt welcome. I almost never do, especially with the older gentleman. I always see him chat up other, specific customers, usually the ones in uniform. All smiles and all friendly with them, but for some reason, my family and I don't even get a friendly glance. All respect to those in uniform, but wish he would treat all customers, uniformed or civilian, with the...
Read moreI had a similar experience with the most recent post. The female cashier (I didn't catch her name) was very rude and she was sitting around chitchatting at a table with someone who looked like a boyfriend of hers. She wasn't in uniform and I noticed she was making slide comments. Both her and her boyfriend kept glancing towards us and it made me uncomfortable like I was in highschool all over again. I don't eat here often and she wouldn't give me a chance to figure out what I want or at least help me figure it out. Just kept cutting me off as I was talking. Some one like her should not have a job in customer service and not to mention she was very rude back to other staff that was trying to do her job that she wasn't doing. She will ruin your reputation in the business for what I know is supposed to have a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. At least the guy making our food was polite and welcoming, last thing I want is my food messed with. Visited March...
