When you walk in it looks great and friendly atmosphere.

I went here with my wife and two kids. Got there around 7, it was busy but not packed. We ordered cheese fries, 2 burgers, tuna bites, and crab cake.

It took around 40 minutes to get the tuna bites, around 50 minutes to get one of the two burgers (exact same burger except one was no onions) after about 70 minutes we asked for a refund for the cheese fries, one burger, and crab cake.

I thought it was going to be a good place but honesty they just were very slow and it didn’t even make sense on how orders came out. You’d think a whole table would get the food together, but no and even then we received one of the burgers and not the other which I don’t understand. The burger had a piece of the parchment that I’m guessing they use to separate them when prepping.

Overall, I would not go here again. It seems like it’s mostly a drink place and if you’re looking to eat food this is not the place for you. They did end up refunding the 3 items we didn’t receive. I would’ve appreciated maybe some sort of apologize or explanation. Instead it seemed more like the host blamed us for not wanting to wait over 90 min for a burger, crab cake, and cheese fries.

Going back and reading some of the other reviews I think it’s probable that the burgers are frozen burger patties. It tasted not great which also makes sense why there was a parchment paper still attached. I think there has to be a bunch of fake reviews. I just don’t see how there are so many and rated well… like I’m just pissed I wasted a perfectly good night at this establishment to literally not eat lol. Burger at McDonald’s would taste better and cost less and you’d get it in 5 min vice 50...

Stopped here to grab some togo food before the Hootie concert. Arrived around 5:15 and the place was packed. Placed food order at 5:30 (pretzel platter, shrimp and Crab flatbread, and Jalepeno popper skins) and grabbed a beer flight. Were told food was taking around 30 minutes. No tables were available so sat at a couple chairs outside and another pair of guest let us place our beer flight on their table. Bought a 4-pack Togo thinking our food would arrive soon. By 6:30 our food still had not arrived. Went inside to ask how much longer it would be. The server said food was on a 45 minute wait. I informed her my order was placed an hour ago. She asked for my table number said she would check on it. About 5 minutes later she came and told us it would be ready soon. We received our food at 6:45. The food and beer were great. For whatever reason that night the staff couldn’t keep up. The wait wound up being more than twice as long as originally quoted. Talking to other patrons, they’ve never seen it like that, so maybe it was a fluke. We will definitely give them another shot because the food we had was delicious (only complaint with it would be two slices of the flatbread had no toppings). We will just pick a day when there is less going on in the area. Overall price was $92 which isn’t bad for all...

It seems as though the food is frozen not fresh so don't set your expectations too high. I felt as though there was something shady going on with my money. Then several weeks after not being employed there I was mailed a check. In my opinion, that seems a bit shady. I feel as though the owners are not very kind nor did it look like they really care about their employees. Their son made me feel extremely uncomfortable at work. I will not spend another dime there and support the people who own this establishment. If it ever came under new ownership I'd love to enjoy a beer here with friends- but still probably wouldn't be eating there. After seeing the ins and outs of it- I'll pass on food because it does not look or sound appealing to me. The owner made me feel scared when he would get frustrated or stressed out. It made me feel very concerned and uncomfortable. Take your money elsewhere and support the local breweries like Reaver, Farmhouse, New Realm, Commonwealth, and so many more! Don't waste your money here. The beers seem overpriced and the food even more so.
