I don't know if it was just my luck working with Patti and her team Amber, but I found them unprofessional, lack of communication between them. I should have taken that as a red flag. In fact, nothing was really explained to me, and the whole process was rushed. I was pushed to sign documents blindly, and my husband was yelled at by Amber, it felt like Amber had too much workload and snapped when my husband had a question in regards to wire transfer instructions that were sent incorrectly to him and in response, she snapped and yelled at him. In turn, another bad experience was with Patti. Patti said at the end that after I receive my loan documents with the notarizer, she will THEN explain the documents to me. Which felt wrong. Why at the end? Why not before? However, when I had questions, Patti answered a few even though I was misled the wrong way by her, and I figured it out too late since I was dumb enough to trust and sign beforehand.
