They LOST my dad's burial permit! My mother dropped it off to the office on Wednesday for interment on Friday. They asked us for the permit at graveside. Absolutely unprofessional. Upset my mother needlessly, at an already vulnerable time. We had to stand around and wait in the sun while the chapel re-sent the permit, because they wouldn't continue without it, even though it was dropped off IN PERSON 2 days prior, which is exactly what we were asked to do. The two young men actually doing the interment of ashes were great, but the lady in the office...I am livid with you. And then tell us to wait 3 months for the name plaque. Get it done! Also the flower vase was stuck and could not be removed to place flowers. You should be embarrassed....

Read moreI have a dysfunctional family & my grandma passed away nearly a year ago. The owner of the plot didn’t purchase her headstone and she’s in an unmarked grave STILL. I purchased a headstone & was denied placing it bc the “owner of the plot has to buy it” and my dimensions were 3 inches too long for a flat headstone. So just know, if you die and the owner of your burial plot hates you, you won’t get a headstone & there’s nothing that can be done about it. No other family member can rectify it.
