I want to sue the judge that signed off on a restraining order against me that had my kids included with no proof and also the judge that granted a 6 month restraining order (kids taken off) but custody of my children was given to the “victim” who she knows was lying and being over dramatic to fit his narrative. I lost my home and custody of my kids because I pinched my ex nipples, the system is a joke. Also I would love to get the recording of my court hearings.

First of all the restraining order had absolutely nothing to do with the kids, but it was signed off. Second, the first court hearing the judge didn’t have time to take our case and rescheduled. Judge did not take the kids off the case. She stated she needed to hear the details after reading there was no details about the kids. So I was shocked and taken back about that. Because what?? Third, ex stated the kids were scared and traumatized because they “witnessed the abuse” On our next court date the judge had him go over the details and even she said it wasn’t credible enough for a restraining order. And she never dug into him about “the abuse” the kids “witnessed” and was “traumatized” about. Also my ex filed a false restraining order in 2024 while we were living in 2 different states and the judge didn’t take that into consideration at all.

Makes me think judges get a bonus per every restraining order they sign or something. No due diligence was done. My life and my kids lives are affected for careless actions made by the judges here. I pray nothing bad happens to my kids while they live with a man who was in and out they lives since birth and has never...

I just hung up with the front desk clerk and I'm trying to evaluate fairly how many stars this County employee really deserves. So, here's my thinking strategy: 1 star: if she did not answer the phone at all; granted, it took 15 minutes holding, but...to be fair, it may have not been her fault. 2 stars: if she picked up the phone and started swearing at me or hung up on me after a couple of minutes; granted, it felt like she wanted to the whole conversation, but she didn't, so... 3 stars: that's my final vote after careful consideration. BUT, man oh man, what do they do to these people? Do they beat them up with a belt soaked in vinegar, asking them to recite their Mea Culpa every hour? Do they fetch them snacks when their demeanor is apathetic and annoyed as a positive reinforcement reward system? I'm the one getting divorced! I should be the one pissed off and upset! Instead, she was! And she sounded just tired of living and answering phone calls at 10 in the morning, like someone was keeping her hostage in that chair with a ball and chain tied to her ankle. Sweet baby Jesus, I hope life gets better for you, baby girl. I don't pray, but if I did, I'd also light a few candles and ask all the angels to keep you in their prayers too....

I’ve had come across some pretty helpful law facilitators at the family law center. Except for this one man. He was filling in at the front desk—checking people in who wanted to speak to a family law facilitator and what not. He asked me the usual questions— what did I need help with, what was I looking to do, etc. but rather than handing me the form to fill out and turn back into them and wait to speak with someone, this ARROGANT jerk not only was rude and unprofessional, but he spoke to me as he was trying to belittle me in my situation. He had no sense or care for privacy, so the other strangers standing in line can hear all of my business when it could have been held privately if this jerk would know how to do his job right and respect people! I have to go back this week to look for help on my current custody case and I hope to not have to deal with this jerk! I will not allow him to belittle me like he did the last time and I am surely going to formally file a complaint on him as soon as I get his name.
