Nexus TCG — Local services in Waco

Found this gem 💎 yesterday, and it’s incredible. They have gaming rooms decorated for D&D use, computer gaming rooms with huge glass windows where friends can gather to play computer games, old school arcade machines, a huge card gaming area, a stage for competitions, custom computers for gaming, and a DELI/SANDWICH SHOP! This space is the best community for gaming I’ve seen in Texas. The staff and players were extremely friendly, especially since I’m new to MTG. A huge shoutout to Evin for showing us around and sharing about the events, and Dillon, Teeg, and Jacob for the MTG conversations and cards you all gave us! Honestly, I can't give em a full five stars because I didn't get to try any of their utilities or products while I was there, -because I was there to see what some pokemon cards were worth- but from what I saw, they had it all. A place for groups to link up and play various video games, a place for trading card games with adequate space for a tournament, a functioning kitchen with sandwiches, and even some of the good old things like Monsters, Arizonas, and honey buns, etc... for free vending at any time on their touch screen self checkout menu. Really cool and interesting space in the gaming community - trading card shop on the right, esports lounge on the left, Momma's kitchen in the back making some of the best sandwiches in Waco. The family (blood and beyond) that runs the shop is great, very friendly and up for a chat - I got to meet Bender and Zach, and you can't miss a convo with Dillon and his fabulous beard.
