I'm updating my review. We went 2 days ago and the service was horrible. The order was wrong. When they corrected it, there was no refund for the overcharge. The comment from the person who answered when I told them order was wrong? They would do the best they could to get it out. There were 2 cars there besides mine and it took forever. So, why didn't I catch that it was wrong when I ordered? The electronic board was not functioning correctly. It was late, raining, and I had a toddler in the car. The corn dog in the whacky pack was so 'well-done' that all of the breading had to be pulled off for a little one to even attempt to eat it. The hotdog inside was overdone to the point of a toddler not being able to eat it as well. I had ordered a Jr cheeseburger, dry, no bread. What I finally realized was that what they brought originally was a regular hamburger patty with a big blob of mayo and ketchup on top. I sent it back, and they corrected it, but there is a large price difference in the two items. Do you want to guess what makes eating a cheesrburger without a bun easier? A fork! Maybe some napkins if you won't give out a fork. I called them the next day to speak with a manager. T-minus 48 hours and still waiting for them to return my call. I'm betting it...
Read moreWorst Sonic in the area. Manager likes to make up rules on the fly and lies. One time they were cleaning the ice cream machine at 6pm and would not work with me on a refund or replacement. Had to call customer service to force him to take care of his customer. (Stayed very nice at first till he refused any refund, I dont want people spitting in my food) knowing how things can be harder to get I am understanding to hey this is broke or this is out. Give me a slush or a burger or a gift card for the price I paid for tge ice cream I ordered. So a few months later we go back I ordered a breakfast burrito in the evening. I get there and I am told "we dont make burritos in the evening" um your sign says you do. Any way stayed very nice to the car hop, its not his fault, why add hate to a job he probably doesn't like. This time the manager did work with me in a sense once he came out. But I want it known how they make up rules on the fly and service isnt very good. If you are out i think most people will respect that so be honest, if its broke its broke, but why would you clean the ice cream machine at dinner time? Read moreif i could give zero stars on everything i would. the place is absolutely run terribly. the managers aren't managing whatsoever and run the store like children. the employees are rude and neglectful. clearly they aren't managed correctly. the place looks disgusting. the owners haven't even gotten a new sonic sign for their store. they do not follow food safety protocols. the food isn't prepared correctly and has given me food poisoning multiple times. the owners also made their employees stay at work and do things the "old fashioned way" when the system shut down entirely by a lightning strike during a major thunderstorm during a flash flood. i suggest that nobody go to this sonic. it's by far the worst sonic i have ever been to. i definitely think this sonic needs to be shut down or sold to different people as well as change their...
