I took an hp laptop here(twice) and they would never call me, literally never called me one time and had my laptop for a total of over six weeks and never fixed it and I don’t think they tried to. The first time they asked me to go buy a laptop from a pawn shop for a motherboard to replace in my laptop without telling me what laptop I needed to buy exactly, instead of just getting it themselsves and installing it and then replacing the broken motherboard and charging me for parts and labor like any other business, and I’ll never understand why they never called me and acted so, so, so unprofessional with me every time I was hoping they’d fix it. Idk if they didn’t like me personally or what the issue was, as most of their reviews are good, but then again most people don’t take them laptops either. Idk why they adverstise as a laptop repair service at all, or why they handled me the way they did. I never write reviews like this but it was disgusting and infuriating how poorly they went about not only not following up with me, but never fixed anything and refused to ever take accountability or even just give a sincere apology. The second time they told me they needed a charger to work on it, and they totally could’ve bought a 5/10$ pc charger and just fixed it, but instead never called me and when I finally called they acted like they told me to bring a charger and they never said that. I really hate leaving such a scathing review, but if I could I’d give 0 stars or negative stars. Josh is a great guy, idk what happened here or what was wrong but I’ll be telling everyone I know around baylor and the center area to not come here, especially with a laptop. Maybe they’re better with Mac’s or maybe they just didn’t like me , again idk what the issue was here but really left me feeling angry and now I’ve lost all this time I could’ve used to get it fixed. I have taken two separate Iphone4 cell phones to Waco Custom Iphones for repair - (one with and one without Siri) due to water exposure. The Iphone4S was able to be restored to normal function on the first episode of water exposure by a simple fuse replacement at the charger port, and was used for several months before additional water exposure caused it to be unable to be repaired again. The other phone also had signs of chronic water exposure but was able to be restored by replacing several parts for $75 (very reasonable!). All three repair visits were quick and cost less than a used Iphone on the internet.
